Aunt Annie was the coordinator- hub of all activities! She was the backbone to all reunions and get-together’s ! I always remember riding ( flying) along with her and my mom when we would be there on vacation. “ Lead foot Annie”. They would have a ball! It seemed as though my mom would come to life around her - she was young again. I also remember her and my mom baking buns at grandma Bischak’s in the wee hours of the night - laughing and carrying on. When I think of going to Monaca, I think of her- Aunt Annie was Monaca...to me. She will be greatly missed!

Annie & I were in school together from 1st through 12th grades. We were in Girl Scouts. I remember her as very pleasant and friendly. She was a great gymnast. Even though I've been away from Monaca, I always looked forward to seeing her at reunions.
