Ann Turbish, a lifelong resident of Monaca, PA, passed away on Friday, January 31, 2020 at the age of 93.
Ann was a very loving, giving, and strong woman, who enjoyed traveling and spending her days with family. Ann was a dedicated employee of Friendship Ridge Nursing Home and a devoted member of St. John the Baptist Parish.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Joseph Turbish, two sisters; Katy Korcan and Helen Stauffer, and two brothers, John and Joe Martinkovich.
Ann will always be remembered by her two sons, J. Kirk Turbish and Mark A. Turbish, along with her daughters in law, Janet and Judy. Her greatest joy was her four grandchildren; Marisa Wengryn, Kylee Emerich, Mark, and Tiffany Turbish, and her three great grandchildren; Lukas and Anna Wengryn, and Chase Emerich.
She made it a point to pray every day for the people in her life. We wish her peace in passing.
Friends will be received on Tuesday, January 4, 2020 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 pm in the Simpson Funeral & Cremation Services, 1119 Washington Avenue, Monaca where prayers will be offered on Wednesday at 9:30 am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Monaca. Interment will be in the Parish cemetery.
