It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of Anna DiMatteo Kozar, age 84 announce her passing on Saturday, April 30, 2022 with her family by her side. She will be remembered as a doting grandmother who adored her grandchildren, spending precious time with them playing games, enjoying a conversation and cooking for them. Anna was a wonderful cook and gracious hostess, preparing gourmet feasts for family gatherings, weddings and parties. Her culinary talents were put to use as a chef at the former Ciro’s Top ‘O The Mall Supper Club at the Beaver Valley Mall and later at the Serbian Club in Aliquippa which ended due to an automobile accident. A perfectionist, Anna was also a compassionate person who had a way about her of lovingly caring for the sick with her company and homemade comfort food. She was a member of Mary, Queen of Saints parish, (St. John the Baptist Catholic Church), Monaca. Anna took much pride in caring for her lawn and flower gardening, particularly her tulips and roses. She also found enjoyment walking around the neighborhood and at the Beaver Valley Mall.

She will continue to remain with them through memories.
