Our neighborhood will NEVER be the same....no one to give advice on the best gardening practices, no cheery "bon giorno" from the tomato rows, no neighborhood watchdog to keep us safe and informed. We miss you terribly. You will never be forgotten.
Edie Sainer left a message on June 5, 2011:
My sympathies to your family. I got to know Tony within this past year as I worked with Pat Cavender, the times we sat out talking about the events and gardening was quite rewarding for me I learned different things from Toni and Ray Cavender as they discussed things or told stories about their families. I will sadly miss seeing Tony walking the neighborhood and watching out for everyone
Theresa Trella Hovanec left a message on June 4, 2011:
We will sadly miss you Uncle Tony. I'll always remember how you liked to tease me when I was younger. More recently it was fun watching you enjoy my daughter, Emilie, tease you about going in your garden. With lots of Love, Theresa, Chris, Christopher, Zachary & Emilie

Dad, Thank you for raising me to become the person that I am today. Your love for your family and friends will always be remembered. Even with toughest discipline and love, we always had family. "You the Man" Always in my heart. Anna Maria

I am so sorry that Tony is gone, but I know Heaven is going to have a wonderful garden now. Tony gave me peony plants 10 years ago and every spring they make me think of him. He was a wonderful man and hard worker and will be sorely missed.
Planning ahead is prudent. Call us now.
