Arnold (Arnie) Brenton Cox of Baden Pennsylvania, at the age of 68, passed away on June 10, 2016, at 1:01 am.  He was born on July 2, 1947, in Grafton, West Virginia. Arnie was a son of Mary M Cox (Columbus, Georgia) and the late Edman (Bud) Cox.  He was happily married to his wife, Vicki Cox, for over 25 years.Arnie graduated from Freedom Area High School in 1966.  After graduation, he served our country for six years in the Air Force.  After being honorably discharged, Arnie began a successful 30-year career in banking.  Once he retired, he started his own prosperous remodeling business.  Arnie thoroughly enjoyed his work and the friendships he made along the way.   When Arnie was not working, he also enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening, cooking and most of all talking to people.He is survived by his two sons, Arron (Cindy) Cox (Atlanta, Georgia) and Frank Cox (Baden, Pennsylvania).  Two granddaughters, (Amber Anderson and Alexia Cox) and one great-granddaughter (Leilani Anderson).  One brother, Lonnie Cox (Aliquippa, Pennsylvania), and five sisters, Nelda (Bob) Ward, Alice (Lawton) Grantham, Crystal (Frank) Sears, Glenda (George) Sommerfield, all from Columbus, Georgia and Lorita (William) Schlegel from Reva, Virginia.  Seventeen nieces and nephews, twelve great-nieces and great-nephews and three great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.Friends are welcome for visitation from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, June 15, 2016, at Simpson Funeral & Cremation Services, 1119 Washington Avenue, Monaca, Pennsylvania 15061 (724-728-4000).Funeral services will be at 8 p.m.In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Animal Friends, www.thinkingoutsidethecage.com.To share online condolences, get directions and other information, please visit simpsonfuneralhome.com.
