Chuck, Cheryl and other family members: Don and I are being packed up as we speak to relocate to our house at the coast. I was saddened to read of your mom's death, Chuck, and wanted you to know we care and are praying for you and your family in your loss. I know now part of the reason you are the Christian couple that you are from reading the obituary of your mom. Sounds like she set quite the example for her family. May God comfort you at this time. We love you.

We offer our sincerest condolences on the death of your Mother. We share many fond memories of her during the 14 years we were serving in Monaca -- bowling together and eating at King's afterwards, her days of faithful care for Harry while he was hospitalized, her work on the various Boards of the church and her presence at virtually every event and service at the church. Her faithfulness, love and commitment to Christ were evident in all she did. We appreciate sharing her life for the brief time that we did. You have been blessed having her as a Mom and grandma as we have been by being able to call her a friend.

Denny and I were very close friends in our younger days which gave me the opportunity to hang around the Bickerstaff house pretty often. I have no one story of remembrance of Mrs B. My memories are of her always smiling and always being kind to me. Some may remember me as a bit wild and crazy in those days. I loved Mrs. B. because I know she never judged me and no matter what she always had a smile and an encouraging word. Mrs. Bickerstaff was just a sweet and kind person who had the ability to make you feel at ease, welcomed and loved.
Planning ahead is prudent. Call us now.

My mom and me wish to express our sincere sympathy. We do feel your loss having just lost my dad (Floyd) in January of this year. I remember when our families used to get together when our dads worked together at Miller & Sons Chevy. Your mom will always live on in your heart and be watching over your family as is your dad. They are reunited in heaven now. With deepest sympathy.

We would like to express our sincere sympathy to all of you during this very sad time. Bea was quite a tribute to the community and even more importantly to her family and friends. She was loved by all and will surely be missed. We are sorry we can not be there, but please know how much we share in your sorrow. I guess God needed her in heaven and so she had to go. Know that we are thinking of all of you! Love, Sam and Janice
