Born December 3, 1922, in Somerset, she was a daughter of the late Alfred and Ella (Hoover) Nickelson. Berna Deane was employed as a waitress in various restaurants in the area. Born December 3, 1922, in Somerset, she was a daughter of the late Alfred and Ella (Hoover) Nickelson. Berna Deane was employed as a waitress in various restaurants in the area.
She leaves a daughter, Ella Lynch, of Arnold. PA.
In addition to her parents, Berna Deane was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Landis in December of 1985.
Services were private. Interment took place in Somerset Memorial Park.
