Bernard Robert Wysocki, 87, of Beaver passed away on December 24, 2018.Born June 11, 1931 in Washington, PA, a son of Bernard and Ann Wysocki of Langeloth.Bernard was a 1949 graduate of Burgettstown High School. He was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the US Army’s 84th Engineer Battalion (Construction) from 1951 to 1953.He retired in 1993 from St. Joseph Lead Company/Zinc Corporation of America/Horsehead Corporation after 43 years of employment.His favorite past time was playing golf and watching sports. He was proud of the hole in one that he achieved at the age of 77.He leaves his loving wife of 62 years, Carolyn; two daughters, Brenda (Kevin) Keck of S. Fayette Township, and Bonnie Wysocki of Aliquippa; daughter-in-law, Bridget Wysocki of Aliquippa; Grandchildren Dylan Wysocki, Jason (Jennifer) Miller of Aliquippa, Jade (Clayton) Reiber, Lauren Wysocki, Dan and David Woods of Aliquippa and Branden Keck of King of Prussia; great grandchilden Dexter Wysocki and Brienne, Jaidenne, and Ben Miller; his sister Bernice Roccon and many nieces and nephews.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son Bernard Thomas Wysocki, son-in-law Tod Woods, and his brother Dennis Wysocki.Funeral arrangements are private with no viewing or services and are under the care of Simpson Funeral & Cremation Services, 1119 Washington Avenue, Monaca.To share online condolences, get directions and other information, please visit simpsonfuneralhome.com.
