It was in the mid nineties when iI met Carol. Her husband had been our Beaver Co. Times deliverer extraordinaire for a few years and then he became invaluable as he assisted us in our farming endeavors. She invited us to dinner at their New Galilee home. I can’t say I remember what we had but you know it was good. Her kitchen was filled with many ornaments which could have looked cluttered but not so as Carol had arranged them. She stated that she was not a ‘farm girl’ but we had many other things in common. She invited us to their Christmas open houses and to dinners at Easter. What struck me most was how her family enjoyed each other, reminiscing about old times . Whatever she did she did with flair and generosity. She could hardly visit someone without bearing a gift. What a pair she and Dick made! My husband and I miss them both!

Carol was always a very nice person who I had the pleasure to work with at Pattersons Market back in the 1970s.It was great to enjoy all of her posts on facebook and she always liked a lot of my posts as well.We played words with friends several times and I never won a game with She will always be remembered for her kind and loving heart. This is very sad to see her leave the earth but she is enjoying all of Gods blessings in Heaven. To all her family and friends I give you my sympathy and love. God bless.
