Charles Donald Camp, 51, passed away on Sunday, January 10, 2021 at his home.
Born in Rochester on October 11, 1969, Chuck started his schooling in New Brighton. Later moving to Rochester, he played Jr. High Football for the Rochester Rams. His junior and senior years were spent at Center High School. Chuck was employed by Anchor Hocking and worked there for 24 years. His passions were the Pittsburgh Penguins, The Pittsburgh Steelers, and playing his video games. He was also a member of a Fantasy Football League.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Richard Camp, two sets of grandparents, Charles “Faye” and Grace Camp, and George and Marian Rechel, and an Aunt Terri Lynn Yothers.
Chuck is survived by his loving wife, Sadie (Betke) Camp, his beautiful daughter, Haley and handsome son, Charles “C.J.” Camp, his mother, Kathy Porter, a sister Lisa (Jim) LaLama, his brother, Keith Camp, an aunt, Roni Rechel Bedich, his mother-in-law, Sadie Betke who loved Chuck as her son, a sister-in-law, Louann (Les) Champion, two brothers-in-law, Butch (Amy) Betke and Ricky (Kristie) Betke. He also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Chuck will be sadly missed by all that loved him. Gone too soon; but memories are forever.
Friends will be received on Thursday, January 14, 2021 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 5:00 to 7:00 pm in the Simpson Funeral & Cremation Services, 1119 Washington Avenue, Monaca.
