Charles A. Mihalko, 77 of Bridgewater passed away on Sunday, September 22, 2019
Born August 9, 1942 in Koppel, he was a son of the late John and Jessie Mihalko. Charles was raised on the Mount Washington area of Beaver Falls with his parents and 17 siblings. He had made his home in Bridgewater for the past 22 years. Chuck was employed in construction as a carpenter and retired from Allied Construction Company. He was an avid and lifelong hunter.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Gloria (Smith) Mihalko in 2016 and a great grandson, Finn Charles Mihalko He was also preceded by four brothers; Ted, John, Jim, and Mike Mihalko and nine sisters; Geraldine Vogel, Jesse Sedwick, Genevieve Sedwick, Margaret Sherrill, Shirley Cunning, Frances Gibson, Lucinda Brickner, Deborah McDonald, and Mary Mihalko.
He is survived by his daughters, Theresa (Tim) Baysinger of Beaver Falls and Rebecca (Anthony) Lang of Freedom. His stepchildren; Rhonda Baysinger, Richard Hagy (Janet Petrella) of Monaca, Cindy Hagy of Pittsburgh. Ten grandchildren; Chris May, Paul May, Brandy Sayers, Matthew Hagy, Chelsea Hagy, Timothy, Justin and Tiffany Baysinger, Shane Mihalko, and Anthony Lang. 19 great grandchildren. The youngest being Gage R. Mihalko whom he nicknamed Pasquale and whom he adored and was the light of his life. Also by a brother, Timothy Mihalko, and two sisters, Velma Krisa, and Judy Horner.
Friends will be received on Friday, September 27, 2019 from 2:00 pm until the time of service at 7:00 pm, in the Simpson Funeral & Cremation Services, 1119 Washington Avenue, Monaca.
