Connie A. Newman, 68, of Monaca, passed away recently.Born December 4, 1947, in Butler, she was a daughter of the late Estal and Mary Lois (Cundiff) Brown. A lifelong resident of Monaca, Connie was employed in the banking industry for over 32 years, retiring from ESB Bank as a loan officer. She was united in marriage to Donald G. Newman who preceded her in death on November 13, 2008.She is survived by a sister, Linda Evans and her husband, James, of Manheim, PA; two nephews, James Evans and Robert Evans and a niece, Susan Trump.Services were private and entrusted to Simpson Funeral & Cremation Services, Monaca.She was laid to rest in Mill Creek Hill Cemetery, Greene Township.To share online condolences, get directions and other information, please visit simpsonfuneralhome.com.

I've known Connie since 1977 when I got my first job at National Bank of Beaver County in Monaca. She was always so friendly and a pleasure to work with. After not seeing Connie for many years, I recently worked with Connie again @ ESB Bank until her leave. After her husbands passing in 2008, I know her most precious family member was her dog "Major", we both had a love for the Shelties!!! She always had many pictures of him on her desk. Connie, my friend, you will be truly missed. RIP
