Cynthia M. Barto, 52, of Center Township, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, June 16, 2013, at her residence.
Born August 1, 1960, in Rochester, she was a daughter of Margaret (Short) Fox of Monaca and the late Raymond J. Boyer. Cynthia was employed as a radiation technician with Applied Health Physics in Bethel Park for 18 years.
She leaves her husband of 18 years, Charles S. Barto; a daughter, Nicole Lynn Haddad and her husband, Aaron, of Center Township, two step-daughters, Christy Smith of New Brighton and Casey Mathis in Florida; seven grandchildren, Samuel, Carson and Lukas Haddad, whom she lived for, Ashley and Josh Smith and Kayla and Brittany Mathis; brothers and sisters, Sheila and Tony DiBacco, Joseph Boyer, Raymond ?Jerry? Boyer, Sharan and Ed Shuty and Diana and John Novoselec; a sister-in-law and her husband, Jane and Bill Riddle; and many loving nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to attend her memorial service on Wednesday, June 19th, at 3:30 p.m. at Simpson Funeral & Cremation Services. Rev. Doug Rabe, pastor of Monacrest Free Methodist Church, Monaca, will officiate.
The family has suggested that memorial contributions may be made to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 26 Broadway, 14th Floor, New York, NY 10004.
