Dale Edward Russell

Dale Edward Russell, 56 of Freedom passed away June 27, 2011 at UPMC Cranberry Place .
Born Dec 16, 1954 in Ambridge, he was a son of the David and Mary (Flook) Russell. Dale was a 1973 graduate of Freedom Area High School.
He leaves a daughter, Tammi L. Hill and three grandchildren, Katherine J. Wherry, Keith A. Milligan and Karleigh E. Milligan, all of Rochester. He also leaves twelve brothers and sisters, Bill (Ethel) Russell of Monaca, Bob of New York City, N.Y., Mary Ann Putt of Rochester, Ronald of Ambridge, Douglas of Monaca, Keith of Freedom, Grace Meeker of Beaver Falls, Gail Lyon of New Brighton, Glenn (and Adena) of Freedom and Glenn?s ex wife, Laura of Freedom, Jimmy of Freedom, Martha Ellen and her friend, Brian of Freedom, and Helen Chop of Beaver Falls. A brother in law, Ronald Stempkowski of Ambridge and a sister in law, Jane Russell of Monaca. A host of nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Dale was preceded in death by a brother, Andrew ?Sonny? Russell and two sisters: Rosalyn Lambert and Patty Stempkowski. Two nieces : Donna Irons and Lydia Russell.
In accordance with Dale?s wishes, all services will be private. Burial will take place in Economy Cemetery.
The family has suggested memorial gifts be directed to the family to defray expenses.
A special note of gratitude is extended to Cranberry Place and Family Hospice and Palliative Care for the special care given to Dale.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Simpson Funeral & Cremation Services, Monaca.
