My sympathy to the Reese family..I remember Mr. Reese from my years working at the bank he dealt with. He worked with my father at St. Joe. I wanted to let the family know that he made a video of the "Fighting Lady" for my son who went on the Yorktown on a vacation in the south. My son Brian is now serving on the USS Nimitz and is now on deployment. I just thought in some way Mr Reese kindness and dedication make a difference on him. Brian also worked on the Yorktown when he was stationed in SC. Again my sympathy to all of the Reese family.

Sitting here today at work looking at the clock and thinking of Uncle Dave!!! Thinking of fond memories and they put a smile on my face...Mom & I always enjoyed visiting Uncle Dave and Aunt Tootie. I know Dad(Charles Jr.) loved Uncle Dave and he had alot of influence on his choice of career and becoming a Mason. Uncle Dave was very proud of his heritage and I know I was able to get alot of info on our family from him. Through his passing our family is losing a generation and it makes me even sadder!! He was a good proud loving man with that famous Reese stubborness...sleep well now Uncle Dave!! Hugs and kisses--love you!!

Boys, I offer my best during this time. I remember many Cub Scout meetings at your home watching Robin Hood before the meeting and how your mom and dad treated all us boys like we were family. I got to know your dad even better when he was kind enough to give me a ride back and forth to St. Joe until I could afford my own car. I will always cherish the memories of your dad and mom and their investment in forming this boy's future. Take care.

My thoughts and prayers are with Mr. Reese's family at this difficult time. Mr. Reese was so kind as to come to my fathers viewing when he passed away in 2001. He served on the USS Yorktown with my father George Kutcher. I will always remember him for that. May all of the memories that each of you hold in your hearts carry you through this time.
