Dear Connie: I just found out about Uncle Donnie a few minutes ago and I'm sitting here crying my eyes out. If I had known just an hour or so ago, I could have made it to the funeral. I'm absolutely heart broken. "Little One" has lost her Uncle Donnie and right now I feel as if he has taken a part of my soul with him. Even though we weren't in touch recently, I kind of always felt that all was well in the world as long as he was here with me. Kind of like a security blanket or sorts. Connie, I am so very, very sorry for your loss. He was one in a million and I thank you for loving him and caring for him for the past 24 years. Please don't hesitate to get in touch with me if there's anything in the world that I can do for you. We've moved again so here's the new address: 409 North Main Street, Columbiana, OH 44408. My cell phone is 330-831-2329. I loved him so very, very much. He was such an instrumental part of my childhood and so helped me to become all that I am today. He taught me so much about unconditional love...and other lessons that I have passed on to my children. I was so blessed because he loved me. Growing up, he was like my best buddy. I could trust him and love him and talk to him about anything. I'm sorry for rambling, but all of the memories are just flooding back right now. Please get in touch with me, Connie, if I can do anything for you. I love you. Shari, aka "Little One"
