Doris took me to Sunday School when I was young. Because of her I became a Christian and so did my parents. My husband and son are both Christians because of her influence and my grandsons are following the path. There is a crown waiting for her in Heaven.

Enjoyed the cheerful smile of "Grandma Doris" at many happy family parties at Megan and Guy's home. She shared her personal family memories of her "house on the hill" and made the "Swing Era" come alive with stories of her life during WWII. She had a real Irish sense of humor and told me that Bell is an Irish name. Know you will miss her very much and we are so sorry for your loss. Rejoicing with you that the separation is only temporary and that someday you will join her in Heaven!
Guy left a message on February 19, 2013:
I have so many great memories of gram..from sleepovers on the porch with my cousins when we were kids(and keeping her up all night), to my favorite Swiss steak dinner she would make for my wife and I and the kids. I always looked forward to seeing her during deer season and she was always our biggest cheerleader, asking how we did. She was always available to talk when I needed her, and helped lead me to The Lord as a young man. I already miss her, but I know that she is whole and happy now. I will always love my grandmother.
