Dorothy L. Mauck

Dorothy L. Mauck, 88, a lifelong resident of Monaca was reunited with her late husband, Bob on Saturday, January 16, 2016. Her passing occurred at Beaver Meadows.Born August 24, 1927 in Monaca, she was a daughter of the late Victor and Agnes Krebs.Dorothy was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Monaca and the Christian Mothers of the church. Her children feel extremely blessed to have had two wonderful parents and remember their mother as the sweetest lady whom they will greatly miss.Dorothy’s greatest treasure was her family which includes her children: Robert Mauck and his wife, Kristin; James Mauck and his wife, Theresa; Michael Mauck and his wife, Kate; Thomas Mauck and his wife, Tamara and Kathy Garrett and her husband, Lance. Her grandchildren: Nicole Garrett Vinyard and her husband, Ronald, Zachary Garrett, Bradley Garrett, Grant Garrett, Tracie Mauck Wiesemann and her husband, Timothy, Rachel Mauck Linblad and her husband, Nathan, Daniel Mauck and his wife, Marianne, Amanda Mauck, Robert E. Mauck, Robert P. Mauck, Christian Mauck and his wife Julie and Jason Mauck and his wife, Meghan. Also seven great grandchildren.Friends will be received on Tuesday, January 19^th from 2-4 and 6-8 pm in the Simpson Funeral & Cremation Services, 1119 Washington Ave., Monaca, where parting prayers will be recited on Wednesday at 9:30 am followed by a mass of Christian burial at 10 am in St John the Baptist Catholic Church, Monaca. Father Michael Ruffalo will be the celebrant.
