So sorry to hear of Ed’s passing. I can still see him dancing in Harry & Alice’s basement. (Those were the good old days). In Florida for the winter so will not be able to show my respect. Loved the video tribute and know Ed would have too!! A friend sent me this quote so I want to pass on to you all. Grief never ends… But it changes, It is a passage, not a place to stay. Grief is not a sign of weakness nor a lack of faith…. It is the price of love.

I'm tired of this dirty old city. Entirely too much work and never enough play. And I'm tired of these dirty old sidewalks. Think I'll walk off my steady job today. Turn me loose, set me free, somewhere in the middle of Montanna. And gimme all I got comin' to me, And keep your retirement and your so called social security. Big City turn me loose and set me free. Been working everyday since I was twenty. Haven't got a thing to show for anything I've done. There's folks who never work and they've got plenty. Think it's time some guys like me had some fun. Turn me loose, set me free, somewhere in the middle of Montanna. And gimme all I got comin' to me, And keep your retirement and your so called social security. Big City turn me loose and set me free ~ Merle Haggard We shared so many great family memories, I will always cherish them. You and I both know.....we were the best dancers in the family! Say hello to W.C. for me, until we meet again.....Chrissi

Please accept my deepest sympathy. Ed was a wonderful friend & a" good old Army Buddy" of Benny's! I have many great memories. I would like to extend a special prayer for all of you to be blessed with peace that surpasses all understanding. To feel the presence of Christ with you at all times, especially when the memories feel overwhelming. God Bless you all. Sue Bennethum.
