Gloria Jean Mihalko

Gloria J. Mihalko, 74, of Bridgewater, passed away Wednesday afternoon, August 10, 2016, at Good Samaritan Hospice at Heritage Valley Beaver.Born September 17, 1941, in Fredonia, PA, she was a daughter of the late Elvin W. and Alice (Hunter) Smith.  Gloria and her husband, Charles A. Mihalko recently celebrated their 51st wedding anniversary on July 2nd.  A homemaker, she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.  Gloria attended Beaver Falls Area High School.In addition to her beloved husband, she leaves to mourn her loss five children, Rhonda Baysinger of Beaver Falls, Richard Hagy of Monaca and his companion, Janet Petrella, Cindy Hagy of Pittsburgh, Theresa Baysinger and her husband, Timothy, of Beaver Falls and Rebecca Lang and her husband, Anthony, Sr., of Freedom; ten grandchildren, Shane Mihalko, Anthony Lang, Jr., Timothy Baysinger, Tiffanny Baysinger, Justin Baysinger; Brandy Long, Matt Hagy, Chelsea Hagy, Christopher May and Paul May; 15 great-grandchildren; a brother, Donald (Barb) Smith of Ocoee, FL, along with a special caregiver, Torri Saunders.Along with her parents Gloria was preceded in death by her stepmother, Irene H. Smith; an infant son, Douglas Hagy; a brother, Melvin Smith and a sister, Eugenia Walton.A memorial service will be held Sunday, August 21, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. at Monacrest Free Methodist Church, 995 Elmira Street, Monaca, followed by a luncheon and time of remembrance.  Rev.
