Jack R. Cloughley, Sr., 78, Monaca, passed away Thursday morning, June 20, 2013, at his home.
Born September 23, 1934, and raised in Rochester, he was a son of the late Robert J. and Marian (Rhodes) Cloughley. Jack was a self-employed contractor who worked throughout the Beaver County area. An avid hunter and fisherman he loved the outdoors and the woods. Jack was a member of the Rochester VFW and Elks.
He will be sadly missed by his four children, Debra Fitzgerald and her husband, John, of Aliquippa, Jack Jr. and his wife, Rhoda, of Darlington, Rebecca Mullen and her husband, Lou, of Monaca and William in Louisiana; ten grandchildren, Josh Mullen, Jenna Merriman, Jacqlynn Cloughley, Chelsea DeCaprio, Brittany DeCaprio, John Fitzgerald, Mark Fitzgerald, Jake Cloughley, Ryan Cloughley and Maggie Cloughley; two great-grandchildren, Emma Fitzgerald and Nolan Merriman and a brother, Robert Cloughley of Rochester.
In addition to his parents Jack was preceded in death by a daughter, Marian Cloughley, and two sisters, Joyce Foore and Maryann Cloughley.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
