Born in Pittsburgh, she was a daughter of Juanita (Owens) Nelson of Pittsburgh and the late Wilbur Lee Nelson
Jacqueline was a 1961 graduate of Westinghouse High School and attended Point Park College.
In addition to her mother, she leaves two sisters: Diane Booe and Nora J Smith and a brother, Kevin Smith and extended family.
A private committal service was held on Friday, Jan 3, 2020 at the Chapel of Angels, Allegheny Cemetery, Pittsburgh.
