Jimmie Joe Allshouse, 67, of Aliquippa, passed away Sunday, May 21, 2017, at his residence.Born August 22, 1949, in Johnstown, he was one of 15 children born to the late James and Martha (Boring) Allshouse. Jimmie Joe lived most of his life in Aliquippa and proudly served in the US Army during Vietnam. He was a member of the Construction & General Laborers Union, Local 833, in New Brighton for 32 years. His grandchildren were the love of his life. In addition to riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle, Jimmie Joe enjoyed fishing, camping and playing poker.He will be sadly missed by his beloved wife, the former Patricia A. May; three children, Christina D. (Michael) Nye of New Brighton, Leonard (Jennifer) Youngberg of Center Township, and Tammie Youngberg; six adored grandchildren, Sydnie, Sara, William, Josh, Alexis and Brian; three sisters, Patricia Lackovich of Aliquippa, Dorothy Hopkins in Ohio and Judy Pounds of Indiana, PA; a brother, Christopher Allshouse in Ohio; mother-in-law, Leona May; two sisters-in-law, Beatrice Fox (Dave Halama) and Barbara (Nick) Radosh; a brother-in-law, Charles B. (Debbie) May, Jr., and countless nieces and nephews.In addition to his parents Jimmie Joe was preceded in death by six siblings, Herman Allshouse, Betty Lichenfelt, Shirley Fetterman, Margaret Orndoff, Nora Swogger and Barbara Hughes and his father-in-law, Charles May, Sr.Friends will be received Wednesday, May 24th, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the Simpson Funeral & Cremation Services, 1119 Washington Avenue, Monaca, where funeral services will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. Rev.
