To our next door neighbor and friend. We as a family have been blessed to have had such a great neighbor and friend. You will be sadly missed everyday of our lives. It was great to talk to you about the Pens, Pirates, and Steelers. It was always so nice to see you and Isabel on the porch during "Happy Hour" as I would get home from work. You and Isabel have been the "perfect neighbors and friends". Our family thanks you for always being kind to all of us and may God Bless You.

John will be missed by all in our neighborhood. You could always count on he and Isabelle sitting on the porch enjoying the warm weather with a smile and a wave as you drove by. It would be great to see a display of John's works of art somewhere. His miniature replicas should be shared by all, if you knew him or not. Everyone would appreciate the artistry in his works. John you will be missed. And Isabelle, god bless you for all you did for your dear friend. Nd

John gave me my start in construction. I worked for John right out of high school in the summer of 1976. I worked the summer on projects all over Beaver Valley. I went off to college in the fall only to return to Potter Construction the falling summer and working until winter set in. I learned so much from John and his right hand man at that time Link. To this day I use things they taught me in my everyday operations. My father , George H. Shallcross also worked for John on the trucking side of his family buisness for a few years. If it was not for John I do not think I would be in the postion I am today, General Superintendent/National Safety Director for Trademark Construction Houston, Tx. John will be deeply missed.
Planning ahead is prudent. Call us now.
