John Mauer Eberhardt

John Mauer Eberhardt, 84 of Monaca passed away peacefully in his home on Monday, August 21st , 2023. John was born in 1939 to the late Charles and Anna (Mauer) Eberhardt. He graduated from Monaca High School with the Class of 1957, retired from Mobile/Valspar and served his country for two years in the U S Army.
An avid lover of boats and cars, John enjoyed his time on the river on his house boats. He also had purchased over 35 cars/trucks since 1955. He loved spending time at car cruises with his wife and friends. John was preceded in death by his sister, Charlene (Everhardt) Wolf.
John will be deeply missed by his wife, Rose Ellen, sons Stephen (Brenda) Baker and Jeffrey (Christie) Baker. Grandchildren: Zachary, Tristan, Shawn and Lilly . His siblings: Ted (Birdie) Eberhardt and Regina (Ronald) King, a brother in law William Wolf and his loving nieces and nephews, Brad Wolf, Lee (Wolf) Dayton, Heather (Wolf) Way, Heidi (Wolf) Roland, Theodore Eberhardt and Randy Eberhardt.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend his visitation on Tuesday, August 29th from 10 am until the time of services at noon at SIMPSON FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, 1119 Washington Avenue, Monaca.
