Josephine M. (Aquino) Leskanic, 85, of Rochester, passed away Wednesday, June 12, 2013.
Born May 29, 1928, in Beaver Falls, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Susan Aquino. She was previously employed and as waitress and bartender and enjoyed traveling and trying her luck at the slot machines.
She is survived by a son, Donald Kaszer in Missouri and a daughter, Deborah Huskins and her husband, Daniel, of Rochester; four grandchildren, Jeff Kaszer and his wife, Laura, of Cleveland, Ohio; Jenni Kaszer Hayes of Chicago, Illinois, and Brandon and Weston Kaszer in Missouri and four great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Natalie and Austin Kaszer and Nathaniel Hayes. She also leaves three step-grandchildren, Danny and Alvie Huskins and Tina Hunter and several step-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, Josephine was preceded in death by a grandson, Colton Kaszer; two brothers, James and Dominic Aquino and a special niece, Roseann (Aquino) Cox.
Friends will be received Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the Todd Funeral Home, 340 Third Street, Beaver. A private committal service will take place Monday at St. Cecelia Catholic Cemetery, Rochester.
