Katherine I. Wolfe, 73, of Raccoon Township, passed away suddenly on Monday, March 20, 2017, at her residence. She was reunited with her husband, Charles K. Wolfe, who preceded her in death on December 13, 2016. They had shared 43 years together before his passing.Born June 26, 1943, in Sewickley, she was the daughter of the late James Carl and Kate J. (Brown) Wilson. Katherine was a faithful member of Aliquippa Baptist Temple and had worked as a waitress in several restaurants in the area. Her pride and joy was her parrot, Harley, whom she treated as her son. She enjoyed reading about the history of the local Tri-State area and also the Civil War era.
