Kim (Tyler) Derbaum, 59 of Monaca went to rest on Saturday, January 16, 2021 after a 15 year battle with cancer.
She was a daughter of Nancy Polis Tyler and the late Guy “Tippy” Tyler.
Kim’s love for her family was of the most importance to her. Kim loved her boys so much. She spent her days playing dress up and making up stories with them. She enjoyed creating hand made gifts for others. She was kind, generous, and free spirited.
She leaves two daughters, Erin and Kelly Derbaum. Two grandchildren, Jaden Derbaum and Bryce Marsh. In addition to her mother, she is survived by a brother, Randy (Kelly) Tyler, two nephews, Phillip and Guy Tyler and a niece, Randee Tyler. Several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father, Guy “Tippy” Tyler.
Friends will be received on Wednesday, January 20th from 2-4 and 6 until the time of remembrance at 7:30 pm in the Simpson Funeral & Cremation services, 1119 Washington Avenue, Monaca.
Memorial contributions may be made in Kimberly’s memory to defray funeral expenses in c/o of the funeral home.
