Lea Beachem was a member of the Trans-Allegheny Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution in Weston, WV, for many years before moving to Pennsylvania. She was an active member who enjoyed attending meetings and activities, visiting schools to teach elementary students about the Flag of the United States of America, and contacting members who were “shut ins” just to keep in touch. She will be greatly missed by her DAR sisters!
