Lewis W. Headley III passed away peacefully on Easter Day at the age of 70. Lew is preceded in death by his beautiful wife Beverly (Bowser) Headley. He is survived by his children Lew, Mike and his wife,Kelli (Yanko), Amanda and Stacie and a brother Mike (Nancy) Cunningham. Lew has eight grandchildren whom he adored; Rayna, Olivia, Logan, Ellias, Maddox, Annabell, Alexander, and Matthew. Lew had hundreds of friends, his best friend Dominick “Dike” Dibacco and far too many others to name, that he cherished like family. His late wife’s son, Lou Bowser, that he also loved as his own. His memory will be kept alive with the legendary stories, hilarious sayings and catchphrases, and the hundreds of pictures and videos throughout the years. Lew went out the way he wanted, singing and dancing. He lived like a rockstar up until his final days. There will truly never be another person like the Hammer. His friends and family were so important to him, and there’s not a doubt in anyone’s mind that he will be talked about for years. The “baddest” man on the planet, is now the “baddest” man in Heaven.
Friends will be received on Thursday, April 21st from 2 p.m. until the time of service at 7 p.m. at SIMPSON FUNERAL AND CREMATION SERViCES, 1119 Washington Avenue, Monaca, PA (724 728 4000).
