Lillian Short, 84, formerly of Monaca passed away Saturday, November 20, 2021 at Lakeview Personal Care surrounded by her loving family.
Lillian was preceded in death by her husband, James R. Short after 58 years of marriage.
Surviving are two daughters and a son in law, Cindi Winston and her children, Cory (Aimee), and Jeremy Winston. Vicki and Jeff Lancos and their children Shelby (Matt) Lancos and Jeffery (Cara) Lancos. Her only living sibling, Mary Weisenmiller in Florida. And a very special great-grandson, Ethan Winston, She had a host of nieces, nephew and friends. Lillian’s pet, Princess the Cat, who is now available for adoption.
Friends will be received on Tuesday at the Simpson Funeral & Cremation Services, 1119 Washington Avenue, Monaca, from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm with a service immediately following. Burial is private.
Rather than flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Beaver County Humane Society, 3394 Brodhead Road, Aliquippa, PA 15001.
The family sends much thanks to the Lakeview and Advanced Hospice employees.
