Dear Susan and Family and all of my Monaca Cousins, I am a very lucky person having spent so many Summer days on my retreat from the city, with you and your family back in the 60's. your Mom and Dad were so smooth together, even in my early teens, I could sense they had a special romantic partnership. The door to door daily connection between all of the Kovacic family members was so genuine, so natural, so fun and so inviting. It seemed to me that your way of living, family first, was the stuff that most humans dream of. Your elders had very strong individual personalities along with an exceptional common bond; Heart, all Heart and humor. Uncle Joe's refined tenacity, Aunt Katie's shy participation, Aunt Rose's unabashed frankness, Uncle Cookie's capable goodnsss and Aunt Maggie's little mighty might demeanor; bright, gutsy, loving and wise. I felt closest to her. She was closest to my Mom as well. I am so sorry for your loss. I know you can;t imagine your lives without her. I am again blessed to have spent unforgetable times with your wonderful family. Love to All and Aunt Ann too, Paula

Dear Susan and all my cousins in Monaca, My heart goes out to each and everyone of you. Aunt Max was an angel on earth. I can still feel her warm hugs and see her lovely smiling face. To Aunt Max: I am so blessed to have had you in my life. My summer visits to Monaca as a child are such fond memories. You even taught me a prayer in Croatian- I still say it to this day. I can still hear you whisper to me at my wedding "I miss your mum". You know I felt like your cousin, Betty, my mum was with me that day having you there to share your love with me and Paul. There must be a big card game this week in heaven - another family reunion to welcome you to eternal rest. I can still picture the Croacian Clubin Monaca and the card table and the bar in at 2300 Ridge Road, the basement - chocolate pop with Susan and Uncle Joe slipping me quarters to read the cards to him. You and all our relatives were always very generous to this cousin from the city. The picnics, weddings and great times had by all. I have chills just thinking about how blessed I have been to be a part of this wonderful family, full of love. I will never forget you and Uncle Cookie for everything you shared and taught me over the years. Hugs and kisses and lots of love to you Uncle Cookie, my Mum & Dad. And hugs and kisses to all those Kovacics and Hulmes who remain here on earth. Love to all of you. Trish & Paul
Planning ahead is prudent. Call us now.

Linda and I will never forget the many kind things as a child Aunt Maggie did for us. It is sad that once family members die like my father , Her husbands John Brother how a family falls apart. Aunt Maggie was very kind to mother alice and us as kids.I will never forget the large chocolate Rabbits my aunt would buy for my sister and I at Easter Times, the many times my mother so proudly came home with a new haircut. We always loved Susan and thanks aunt Maggie for the thing we can remember as a child from You and Uncle John.. Butch Kucan.
