Margaret E. Cunningham, 85 formerly of Hopewell and Vanport passed away on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at Cranberry Place in Cranberry Township.Born on April 27, 1933 she was the daughter of the late Frank and Ethel (Gilmore) Standley.  Margaret was employed as a head teller at PNC Bank’s  Ambridge and later Aliquippa branch offices and also worked at H&R Block as a tax preparer.  She was a former member of Ohio United Presbyterian Church in Hopewell where she sang in the choir.  Her greatest love was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.Margaret is survived by two sons; Edward (Nora) Cunningham of Monaca and John (Jamie) Cunningham of Hopewell Township, three grandsons; Paul, Brandon, and Michael.In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Edward S. Cunningham on December 25, 2013, a sister, Wilma Meyers, and a brother, Clarence Standley.Friends will be received on Sunday, November 11, 2018 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm in the Simpson Funeral & Cremation Services, 1119 Washington Avenue, Monaca, where services will be held on Monday, November 12, 2018 at 10:00 am.  Interment will follow in Clinton Cemetery, Wampum.To share online condolences, get directions and other information, please visit simpsonfuneralhome.com.
