Maryjo Morgan Fronk, 82, of Monaca, passed away Monday, April 4, 2022 at home. Born February 17, 1940 in Rochester. She was the oldest child of James and Isabell Morgan. Maryjo lived in Monaca most of her life and was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a faithful member of Mary Queen of Saints parish, St John The Baptist Catholic Church, Monaca.
In addition to her parents, Maryjo was preceded in death by her loving husband, Perri L. Fronk, with whom she was united in marriage on May 20, 1960, at St. Felix Catholic Church, Freedom in 2014, an infant daughter in 1963, sister Regina R. Wadatz, three brothers-in-law, Earl D. Fronk, Clyde (C.J.) Bailey and Frederick Latherow.
She leaves to mourn her loss seven children, Perri L. Fronk II and his wife, Cynthia of Industry, Pa., Christopher S. Fronk of Medina, OH., Bruce J. Fronk and his wife, Jacqueline, of Brighton Township, Pa., Brian J. Fronk of Corry, Pa., Patrick D. Fronk and his wife, Lynn, of Clovis, NM., Darren T. Fronk and his wife, Kathy Jo, of Medina, OH., and Marianne I. Slater and her husband, Scott, of Aliquippa, Pa.; 20 grandchildren, Erin (Alex) Sebastian, Lauren (Dakota) Unwin, Isabell (Marty) Verett, Jenna (Michael) Macioce, Robert (Molly) Meyers, Joshua (Natalie) Meyers, Bruce (Ashley) Fronk II, Patricia (Jackson) James, Brian Fronk II, Brandon Fronk (Jessica Mando), Nicholas Fronk, Jonah (Kaitlyn) Fronk, Trey (Nicole) Baker, Seth (Sidney) Baker, Chalee (Oliver Miday) Fronk, Devan Fronk, Chandler Fronk, Coleson Fronk, Sydney Slater, and Riley Slater; nine great grandchildren, Julia Sebastian, Alexander Sebastian, Penelope Unwin, Josephine Unwin, Layla Verett, Maverick Fronk, Hunter Pearson, and Chloe Grace Baker, and Stasiya Meyers; four brothers, James (Frances) Morgan, John (Sandra) Morgan, Craig (Patricia) Morgan, and Timothy (Maryann) Morgan; three sisters, Gretchen Latherow, Kathleen Bailey, and Cynthia (Ben) Rader. A sister in law, Greta Fronk.
Friends will be received Thursday from 2 to 8 p.m. at SIMPSON FUNERAL AND CREMATION SERVICES, 1119 Washington Avenue, Monaca, Pa., where parting prayers will be offered Friday at 9:30 a.m., followed by a mass of Christian burial at 10:00 a.m. at Mary Queen of Saints Parish, St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Monaca, dear family friend, Rev. Charles S. Bober, will be the celebrant. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery.
