Michael H. Hudak, 79 of Monaca, was reunited with his late wife Bonnie on Monday, April 2, 2018.Born on September 28, 1938 he was the son of the late Joseph and Margaret (Potash) Hudak. Michael enlisted in the US Army during the Vietnam War and served as an airplane mechanic. He was employed as an electrician in the construction industry and following his retirement worked a few years for Main Auto Parts. Mike enjoyed auto mechanics, working in his garden and was an avid reader.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie E. (Malloy) Hudak on December 10, 2004. He was also preceded by a sister, Mary Ann Hudak Hill. As well as his in laws: Larry (Cindy) Malloy, Owens Graham, Patrick Malloy, Lucy Malloy, Helen (Dutch) Landis, and Frank Malloy.He leaves a son, Gregory Merlin of Maple Heights, Ohio, a daughter, Christina Ann Hudak of Monaca, a granddaughter, Trinity Hudak Two sisters; Kathleen (Arthur) Cunning and Margaret (Gary) Powells Two brothers; Fred Hudak and Joseph (Gusta) Hudak. Two sisters in law, Eleanor (the late, John) Yablinsky and Judy Malloy and a brother in law, John (the late Judy) Malloy. Numerous nieces and nephews.Friends will be received on Thursday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm in the Simpson Funeral & Cremation Services, 1119 Washington Avenue, Monaca where a blessing service and military honors will be held on Friday at 11:00 am.
