I Love you Mom, always will. Your days of suffering are over and now you're with all your lost loved ones once again. I will do my best to be strong & try not to cry. The love you have me will always remain in my heart forevermore.

Mom taught me about our Lord and savior and how to sing praises to him since I was a little kid. I loved her gracious voice, strong wisdom, & beautiful smile. She knew how to use her heart in a unique way making you feel deeply loved. She was my guardian angel when she was here, now she is one in the great heavens. I love you Mom! See you when my chores are done ??. Love, jimmy

I never knew you, but you raised a some beautiful children. Without you they would not be who they are today. That makes you a very special person in my eyes. I wish I would have met you, but knowing your daughter Laura, I think in a way it shows me what you were like. My prayers go out to your family, but I know you are with God, where you have always wanted to be, looking down and smiling on your lovely family!

When we were teenagers we saw her love of being a servant to the Lord as she served in the old Salvation Army. And she continued to be a shining light at the "other" building down town and then the one on Jefferson Street. She will be sadly missed by all who knew that laugh, smile and sense of humor. The Lord WAS her Shepherd, NOW she has all she ever WANTED or NEEDED in the loving arms of her Lord and Savior! AMEN!

As I was looking for infomation about funeral services for Millie today. I can across a news article from 2010 in the Beaver County Times. It was about when the Salvation Army was losing its building for the new bus depot in Rochester. I know as well as everyone who was close to Millie how much this church mean to her in life. I cried as i read thru this story. But at the end Millie gave one last quote when talking about what she said to her young Sunday School Class by saying, “We did our crying last week when I told them about the building,” she said. “But I also told them we’ll be together again, somewhere ... I know God has a better plan in mind.” She is totally right, We all will be togather again and God does have a better plan in mind. She will be missed so much but we all will see alittle of her in everything we do.
