Kerby and I just found out today that Aunt Millie passed away. We are devastated. She wasn't my actual aunt, but that's what I always called her, because she was my mother's best friend. I spent a lot of time at her (and Uncle Jack's) house while growing up, and she was always so kind and caring. Kerby and I always looked forward to receiving her yearly Christmas card with an update about her family (she loved them dearly) and what she was doing. She was an amazing person, and will be missed by so many. Jean, Earl and family, please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I am so sorry for your loss. I would visit Jean's mother from time to time when she came to see Jean. She was a very dear, sweet soul who enjoyed talking at the kitchen table over a cup of tea or a meal. Jean would call her each day, checking in to see how she was. When they went on vacation and could not call, I would make the call and we would talk. These were very special times for me. She had a lot birds to feed each day. She inspired me in so many ways. Her memories bring joy to my heart.

Millie was my neighbor for my entire life. I can’t think of a nicer person. I just saw her out working in the yard. One tough lady. She will be sadly missed.

I knew and loved your mother, Milllie as we socialized in the water classes. When I saw the obituary this morning, I was sad and shocked. I believe I talked to her in the last 2 or three weeks. She was an assuming, gentle and caring person and very pleasant to be around. I will miss speaking with and seeing her. You have my deepest sympathy.
Planning ahead is prudent. Call us now.
