To my wonderful Dad. I am so glad you aren't suffering anymore and that you've gone to be with the Lord. You never spoke an unkind word about others, you were always willing to help and give to others. I remember Sunday School and going to church with you, Dad. How you loved to sing and worship. You loved family and especially going to visit your brothers and sisters and your mother in New Stanton. I remember family reunions and you singing with you brothers and them laughing together and playing horse shoes together. A family man and hard worker. Good provider and caring man. Always willing to listen to anyone and try to teach them or give them good advice. Thanks for always loving us and teaching us that God is real and that we can always depend on Jesus. You were a terrific grandpa that always made the kids laugh, thanks. Love you Dad and miss you but I am looking forward to seeing you again some day. Rest in Peace. I love you.

He never ever made me feel like anything other than a valued member of his "inner circle". How blessed I am to have him in my life. A great father to Oscar, Father in law to me, and maybe most important- grandpa to Jenna, Chris, Jett and Jeremy. I know he is up there enjoying a great meal, free from all pain, and keeping a watchful eye on us all! RIP.

Uncle Milfred was such a wonderful man. My family has so many fond memories of our time with him. My sons, Logan and Adam, can be shy, but he wouldn't let up until he got them laughing and then chatting away with him. I enjoyed watching that so much especially because he had done the same with me, when I was a quiet, shy child. He was a terrific Brother-in-law to my Dad and Mom, they did so much together and always enjoyed the time they shared. I'm sure they are all up there hitting the links together. Love you Uncle Milfred, Rest in Peace.

I cherish times of my childhood when Uncle Milford and Aunt Jan would visit. His smile and laughter were always joyful. I remember when my dad departed to be with the Lord, their faces were the first ones to visit our home and give us comfort! He looked so much like Dad that I almost thought for a second God had performed a miracle! And indeed God did. He brought Uncle Milford, Dad and Uncle Russ back from the war unharmed and answered grandma's prayers for her sons. They had some close calls but God was faithful! Grandma was proud of her boys. I am grateful for their salvation and eternal life. All glory to Jesus!
