Nancy L. Morgan Winters

Nancy L. Morgan Winters, 85 of Center Township passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at her home surrounded by her loving family.Born July 4, 1932 in Fair Oaks, PA. she was a daughter of James and Anna (Petrie) Hopkins.Though she had a number of jobs outside the home, she preferred the role of homemaker. She was a loving individual who was never short on hugs and kisses, cherished her grandchildren and great grandchildren and at times, strong willed.In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her first husband, Homer Morgan; her second husband, James Winters; a son, James Morgan and six brothers.She leaves four children: Linda Phillips Marshall and her husband, William of Center Township, Susan Boettner of Cincinnati, Ohio, David Morgan and his wife, Kathy of Helena, Montana and Russell Morgan and his wife, Linda of Georgetown. Twelve grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, a sister, Marlene Toperine of Waynesburg and her canine companion, Hope.Friends will be received on Monday from 6-8 pm and Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm in the  Simpson  Funeral & Cremation Services, 1119 Washington Avenue, Monaca where services will be held on Wednesday at 10 am with her grandson, the Reverend Greg Boettner, officiating.
