Patricia A. Stobart, 88 of Vanport, a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister was reunited with her loved ones on July 22, 2023 at Good Samaritan Hospice, Heritage Valley, Beaver. Born and raised in Rochester, Pennsylvania, Patricia was a warm and loving lady known for her kindness and the joy she brought into the lives of those who knew her.Patricia was a daughter of the late Mary and Victor Kelley. She was preceded in death by her late husband, Raymond J Stobart, whom she missed dearly since his passing in 1998. Patricia was also predeceased by her daughter, Mary M Nolder, her great-granddaughter Hailey Trainer, her sisters Jean (Joe) Haught and Mary Delores (Richard) Russell and her brothers Victor Kelley, Jr., and Warren (Joan) Kelley. Patricia was a devoted mother to John (Terri) Stobart, Colleen Stobart, Teresa Stobart, Jim (Carin) Stobart, and Nancy (Gary) Eck. She was a grandmother to 16 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. Patricia also leaves behind her sister and best friend, Nancy Marquette, with whom she shared countless cherished memories. Having a strong work ethic, Patricia worked part time to earn extra spending money which was matched only by her dedication to her family. Patricia was a longtime member of Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Parish An avid reader, she found joy in reading her favorite books and had a fondness for angels, collecting them in various forms. Her passion for gardening was evident in her flower garden, which she tended to with great pride and joy. Patricia’s life revolved around her family and leaves a legacy of love, kindness, and gentleness. Family and friends are respectfully invited to pay their respects on Thursday, July 27th from 11am until the time of a memorial blessing service at 1 pm at Simpson Funeral & Cremation Services, 1119 Washington Avenue, Monaca. 724 728 4000. The family has suggested memorial contributions be made, if desired in Patricia’s name to St. Jude

Aunt Patsy lives on in those beauriful eyes that she passed down to her children and in the recipes she taught them as well as the lessons learned from her Kelley-style of wisdom. I will miss her most when looking back at the Kelley-family reunion pictures and when eating cheesy-eggs that she used to make for me whenever I had a sleepover at the Stobarts. A special thnk you to her children, my cousins who took such excellent care of her in the last years of her life.
