Paulie was my first group leader at Eaton. He taught me everything. We bonded fairly quickly and he became my "work dad". If he saw guys creeping on me, he'd offer to take out their kneecaps and I'd make sure he took his medicine every night at 9:30. We took care of each other since day 1. He had a hard exterior, but was a softie deep down. I'm going to miss him (and his daily rants)
