Ramona G. Bailey, 79, of Freedom, passed away on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at Heritage Valley, Beaver.Born on September 19, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Charles Joseph Kelly and Nora Mawhinney Kelly (James) Heckman. Ramona was employed by K & K Gourmet Meats as a meat processor for a number of years and was an active member of the Freedom Eagles and Freedom S.O.I. She was an avid Steelers fan and enjoyed watching old movies.Ramona is survived by her husband, Howard Bailey, Sr.,two children; Elizabeth (Paul) Hancock, and Jody (Mark) Perza, nine grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
