Ray E Coakley, 83 of Center Township passed away Friday, January 11, 2019 at Brighton Rehab & Wellness Center.Born May 31, 1935, he was a son of the late Edward and Anna (Scobie) Coakley of New Brighton.Ray was a U S Army veteran having served during the Korean Conflict.
