Reverend Nicholas Radovich, 81, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, August 29, 2013, in his home with his loving wife at his side.
Born August 5, 1932, in Aliquippa, he was a son of the late Stephen and Mildred Radovich. Pastor Nick was the Executive Pastor of Wildwood Chapel until his retirement in October, 2001. He was responsible for the growth of the church from its store-front beginning in Logstown to its present location in Hopewell.
Surviving are his loving wife of 59 years, Katherine (Zoppelt) Radovich; two daughters, Marianne Felouzis and her husband, Michael, of Center Township and Sally Jo Radovich of Leesburg, Va.; a brother, Mitch Radovich and his wife, Ruth, of Monaca; four grandchildren, Michael Felouzis and his wife, Kristi, of Leesburg, Va., Jonathan Felouzis and his wife, Gina, of New Brighton; Christina (Felouzis) Meyer and her husband, Shawn, of Beaver and Nicholas Rossi of Altoona; four great-grandchildren, Jonathan and Alexander Felouzis, and Cali and Chloe Meyer; four brothers-in-law, Jim Zoppelt of Aliquippa, John Zoppelt of Monaca, Andrew Zoppelt and his wife, Celine of Davie, Fla. and Dr. Victor Anderson of Cranberry; two sisters, Diane Hribar and Darlene Johns of Hopewell; a sister-in-law, Sally Zoppelt Maybray of Beaver and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents Pastor Nick was also preceded in death by his brothers, George and Paul.
Friends will be received Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. at Wildwood Chapel, 2850 Jack Street, Aliquippa. Mr. Jonathan Felouzis, grandson of Pastor Nick, will officiate.
