Reynaldo ‘Rico’ Sanchez, 43, of Beaver Falls, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 15, 2017, surrounded by his loving family at Good Samaritan Hospice at Heritage Valley Beaver.He was born December 2, 1973, in Rochester Hospital. Rico attended Beaver Valley Christian Academy and later New Brighton Schools. After studying at New Castle School of Trades for carpentry, he earned a living with his amazing carpentry skills. His artistic style came through in his drawing and woodworking. Rico was known for his genuine smile which was contagious to everyone around him. He enjoyed fishing, camping and cooking outdoors at Cook’s Forest.Rico married his soul mate, Shannon, whose life was tragically cut short on October 20, 2015. His struggles with addiction were heightened following her passing.He will be sadly missed by his mother, Debbie (Vincent) Cipolla; his father, Reynaldo (Carlene) Sanchez; his daughter, Alyssa, in Florida; and four sisters, Renee (Chris) D’Alessandro, Debbie (Dave) Yasick, Darla (Nick) Handlow and Rachel (Adam) Lynch, along with his loving extended family.Friends will be received Sunday, March 19th, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the Simpson Funeral & Cremation Services, 1119 Washington Avenue, Monaca, where funeral services will be held on Monday at 10 a.m. Pastor John Nuzzo of Victory Family Church in Cranberry Township will officiate.Interment will follow in John Anderson Memorial Cemetery, Raccoon Township.In lieu of flowers the family would sincerely appreciate monetary donations in Rico’s name to Rachel Sanchez Lynch in care of the funeral home.To share online condolences, get directions and other information, please visit simpsonfuneralhome.com.
