Richard E. Sutton, 80, of Center Township, passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at his home.
Born in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Paul and Sally (Pacella) Sutton. Richard was an auto body technician and first worked for Miller & Sons in Aliquippa, and then owned and operated Sutton Auto Body in Aliquippa. He was later employed at Grossi Auto Body. Richard was a member of the Ukranian Club, and Celtic Reds both in Aliquippa.
He is survived by his wife, Mary E. “Snooks” Sutton, a son Ken Sutton, a stepson John Cox, four grandchildren; Andrew, Nicholas (Kayla), Christie, and Teena, 2 step grandchildren in Texas, three great grandchildren and one expected great grandchild, three sisters; Betty, Mildred, and Nancy, nieces and nephews, special friends; Delbert Young, Mike Novaselac, and Steve (Marlene) Novaselac.
In addition to his parents, Richard was preceded in death by a son, Richie, two stepsons, Wesley, and Dennis, two brothers, Donald and Kenneth, two sisters, Norma Jean and Janet, his in laws, William (Rose) Cox, three brothers in law and their wives, and one sister in law.
Per Richard’s request there will be no viewing or services.
