I cannot think of my childhood without remembering Atlantic Ave. and the Brummitts. How I loved having you all as neighbors. Your mother was a wonderful lady--quiet and always smiling as I remember her, except when she was getting after Dobie. My love to you all.

There is so many memories i could put on here...but ill always remember the times we played school and i would always be the teacher and i would always fail you or send you to the principles office or put you in time out...i still laugh about us playing school all the time those stories allways make me laugh. You were my favorite student gram! Ill miss playing school and ill miss waking up in the middle of the night and you would still be up watching either Dean Martin, the golden girls, or praying the rosery... I love you so much and I miss you so much gram!

Late at night was always our special time. When I was younger, I would sneak down after my dad and sister were asleep and stay up much too late watching Dean Martin variety show VHS tapes. Then, we moved on to the Golden Girls. I think I've seen every episode at least once now. We had moved on to Carroll Burnette at Christmas. Those late-night viewings will always be with me.
