Robert Eugene ‘Nitro’ Oriskovich, 64, of Pahrump, Nevada, passed away Saturday, January 25, 2014, at VAPHS Aspinwall.Born February 15, 1949, in Oakdale, he was a son of Frank Oriskovich, Sr. and the late Charlotte Crisco Oriskovich. He attended college and also served in the US Marine Corps during Vietnam. Robert was self-employed and an inventor of over 150 inventions, one of which is the Triton Water Reclamation machine used to remove toxins in water in Canada and Hawaii. A member of the Nevada Universal Life Church, Robert wanted to make a better world to live in.In addition to his father, he will be sadly missed by his wife, Lorraine Autumn Oriskovich; three children, Robert Oriskovich Hernandez, LaJennepher Ann Zevola and Courtney Ann Nuno; three grandchildren, Alexa Zevola, Haley Zevola, and Dominique Zevola and a brother, Frank, Jr. of Aliquippa.Visitation and military services were held in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, in Boulder City on May 2, 2014.
