Kim Luzzi left a message on March 12, 2012:
I just wanted to express my deepest sympathy to Sam Jr. and family. Mr & Mrs Brown were both in the assisted living with my Mother (Jane Luzzi) and were both good friends to my Mother who was not well at the time. They both always went out of their way to amuse and watch out for her. They were both just beautiful people and will be very missed.

When love is lost, do not bow your head in sadness; instead keep your head up high and gaze into heaven for that is where your broken heart has been sent to heal. You, now have Two Angels watching over you…
Waylon & Melissa Coleman left a message on March 11, 2012:
Waylon and I would like to pass along our deepest sympathy to all those who loved Sam & Betty. I feel privileged to have had the pleasure of knowing them both, and having the wonderful family they raised as part of my circle of loved ones. Sam always had a smile and a kind word. He was a true American hero in every sense of the words; A decorated and courageous soldier, a loving husband & father, doting grandfather & a dear friend. The only comfort in this difficult time is to know he is together again with the love of his life, Betty, in heaven. So, glad they were a part of my life. Melissa, Waylon, & the boys
