Dear Sissy and Mary Lou, It broke my heart not to be at Sandy's funeral. If I had known a day sooner, I would have made it. Sandy was a very big part of my growing up years. She was more of a big sister than a neighbor. In fact, whole Brandenburg family was a very big part of my life. I married Sissy and Johnny and baptized Autumn. I have wonderful memories of our old Conway days and am grateful that she, and all of you were part of my life. May Sandy rest in peace and rise in glory. Rob Butcher

God bless Sandy for her remarkable dedication to Conway. We grew up together as neighbors in Conway and attended school together. I remember her mother and dad, her brother, Bill and sister, Erma and their big house in Conway. My condolences to Delores, if I remember correctly, you are my brother Porky’s, age. The Brandenburgs will always remain an iconic family in the history of Conway. My Mother had the same illness and I know how difficult it must have been. We have been taught that we will be restored. Believe it. Our old neighbor, Bob Shanholtz, informed me of Sandy’s passing as I’ve lived in California for many decades now. God rest your soul, Sandy, as you spend Eternity with so many family members and friends. I’ll be seeing you.

Aunt Sandy was a very special person. I have fond memories of holidays in Conway, clowns, Christmas ornaments and her cheerful smile. She always had to tell me how she was at the hospital with mom to "claim me" when all the others where fathers pacing the floor. She will be missed.
